Madd Gear Pro (MGP)
Madd Gear warrants their scooters to be free of manufacturing defects or hardware failure for a period of ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase. Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheels, hand grips nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product. This warranty is void if the product is altered or modified in any way.
Madd Gear is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

Razor has a 90-day limited warranty on all of their scooter parts. All warranty issues should go directly to Razor at 866-467-2967.
12 month manufacturer’s warranty on hardware failure excluding wear and tear. All warranties will be void if this product is modified in any way. This includes using after-market products, poor maintenance, abuse or misuse.
The Product Warranty Card provided with this product must be completed, scanned and emailed into email@example.com to qualify for the above warrant
Limited 90 Day Warranty
-The Lucky Product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of Lucky, its distributors, or retailers. The Warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased for.
- Lucky, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (receipt required), will at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace at no charge any Lucky product currently in production which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship purchased direct from us or an authorized dealer. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded. It does not cover abuse, bending or breaking from throwing your scooter, or getting it run over by a car.
- Flat spots on wheels are not covered under warranty.
How to Claim a Warranty:
- All claims must include a picture, proof of purchase (receipt or Lucky order number), a description of what went wrong with the product and how it happened.
- NOTE: Warranties should be handled from the origin of purchase. If purchased through a dealer, please work with that dealer to get an exchange or refund.

Limitation of Remedy
During the warranty period, Lucky will at its option either repair or replace defective Lucky products. To obtain repair or replacement, contact or stop by your local authorized dealer to receive a return authorization number.
-Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
