Red rover red rover send the ambulance right over,
I cracked open my head didn't listen to what they said,
too busy look'in cool didn't obey the rule,
now I'm the first to admit it hurts quite a bit,
I guess that's what I get for not wearing a helmet,
I wish I could go back and undo what I've done,
things aren't the same but I'm the one to blame
listen to what I said or end up in a bed
Come on guys be smart wear a helmet, who knows someday it might save your life.
